Property Tax Analyst
• In coordination with the assigned Property Tax Advisors, communicates with clients and taxing authorities in a professional manner.
• Participates in maintaining the electronic filing system.
• Responsible for reviewing tax statement and assessment notices and apprising the Property Tax Advisor.
• Assists Property Tax Advisor in creating annual client account performance.
• Accurately maintains the tax database.
• Proofs outgoing paperwork and preparations for mailing.
• Minimum 2 years’ property tax experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Active Texas driver's & personal vehicle liability insurance
• Minimum 2 years' property tax analyst experience
• Commissioned Texas notary public
• Experience in database information maintenance (i.e. CRM, banking software, etc.)
• Organizational skills
